Filter Element for Oil Project Case Study

The client is from United Kingdom. He needs filter element to be use in the oil project. It requires high filter rating to filter the oil and mud or sand.

• The client requires the tolerance of filter rating not more than 5%.
• He needs the goods urgently and asked us to supply it within 15 days.

• When receiving the purchasing order, our production manager rearrange the schedule of production date. Meanwhile, the workers work overtime one hour everyday under the premise of ensuring quality. At last we supply the goods within 12 days.
• During each process of production, our quality control team test it seriously. Once there is any problem, we'll re-make a new one. Then when the big quantity is finished, the tolerance of the filter element does not exceed 3%.

The filter elements are stocked to be prepare for package.
